The land comprises 32 hectares of flat arable land and 50 hectares of forested mountains, which has been replanted with 3,500 trees. The owner runs a highly successful luxury and adventure tourism operation, as reflected in the press quotes above. The Lodge includes a large Quincho with 360 degree view all glass and wood, living, dining, large center fireplace, industrial kitchen, bar, two half and one full bathroom, with outsized riverside deck, wooden hot tub with views of Futa river. There is also a gift shop, spa with two massage rooms, his and her bathrooms with 6 showers and 4 WCs, 10 rustic pagodas with wooden and canvas removable walls, full plush beds, a green house, tree fort, picnic area and a private beach. Other buildings includes the owner’s 150 square meters pillbox cabin which sleeps six, all open interface with a master bed downstairs and two bunk beds in upper loft, cathedral ceilings, one bathroom, kitchen, fireplace, living, dining, all in one with majestic views of the Futaleufu and not visible from the lodge. Also, a caretaker’s house at entrance with 3 rooms, living, kitchen and bathroom. There is electricity and water throughout the property, with two large water tank reserves.
