The central Aegean Sea is one of the most picturesque and authentic places in the Mediterranean. In the heart of the Aegean, on the south part of Naxos island and just in front a stunning panoramic view this beautiful romantic retreat is an exceptional choice for your Greek holiday home. It is located just at 5 minutes drive from the newly built Marina of Kalando Bay. The villa’s architecture, colors and textures are typical of the traditional greek style. The ground floor has three bedrooms, a playroom, and a room for storage with washer and dryer. The bedroom to the west has a dressing room, a bathroom and a king size bed. The adjacent bedroom has a queen size bed, a dressing room and a bathroom with bathtub. These two rooms can communicate via an isolating sound-absorbing door, whenever so chosen. The third bedroom to the east, is equipped with couch-double bed, a children’s small bed and a WC-shower. All three rooms have independent entrances and extensive view to the sea. On the first floor is the master bedroom, the living room, the dining room area and the kitchen. Behind the kitchen is a 5th but smaller bedroom, which may be used for the house help. There are a total of 196 m2 additional open-air living area in verandas and around the pool.
