Stellenbosch Wine farm with Italian heritage. The approximately 80 hectare estate is evenly balanced between red and white varieties. Red varieties, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinotage, Shiraz and Sangiovese and whites include Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Cape Riesling and Chenin Blanc. The farm also harvests approximately 10 tons of olives per year, with the main cultivars being Mission and Kalamata. The Tuscan style cellar produces a "Bordeaux" style Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot as well as the Italian dream wine made from the Sangiovese grapes. Two white wines, a Chenin Blanc "Old Bush Vine" and Sauvignon Blanc are also produced in the cellar which has a 450 ton capacity. Infrastructure on the farm consist of a Main house and a second house. 8 staff cottages. Two sheds plus numerous outbuildings and cottages. Double story Tuscan Style Cellar with tasting room. Further development opportunities for tourism exist.
