The purchase of some investment properties led to an epiphany for Nick Phillips: He had a passion for real estate. After graduating with a degree in business management from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, Nick moved to Chicago to work in sales. Once he realized he could use his skills to sell in the field of real estate, he dove in headfirst in 2007 and has thoroughly enjoyed the industry ever since. In his free time, Nick enjoys Crossfit, travel, the beach, spending time with family and friends, and supporting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

"My philosophy for real estate has always been to execute my business with fierce persistence. 'Nothing is impossible' is my mentality when it comes to making deals happen for my clients."

"Discipline and consistency-making sure every part of my business is continually improved upon year after year."

In which area of real estate do you specialize?
"I work in multip le facets of this industry depending on whatever my clients need from me. My ultimate goal is to be the expert on any and all real estate topics that are important to my client. My territory includes all of the South Bay and surrounding areas, and I'm accustomed to accommodating the requirements of a wide range of price points-from $300,000 to $7,000,000+."

"I find that my clients who settle in the South Bay stay here for years, if not for life. What's not to love about living in a place with so many awesome features built into the fabric of the community?"
