Colin decided to get involved in real estate in 1993 initially based on seeing many of his friends and business associates in the entertainment business invest in property and do very well. He also saw it as an ideal fit for his personality, drive to accomplish excellence and business goals, and his enjoyment of viewing all types of properties and dealing with people and the challenges and problem-solving that many real estate transactions bring. He is passionate about real estate while also maintaining a sense of fun wherever possible.

A consistent top producer, he specializes in the sale and purchase of residential real estate primarily in the South Bay, Westside of Los Angeles, Beverly Hills and the Hollywood Hills. Colin enjoys list ening to music, playing the guitar (which he used to do professionally), movies, soccer, dining out, worldwide travel and spending time with family and friends. While he is supportive of many wonderful charities, one of his favorites is the Make-A-Wish Foundation."

"I have many entertainment business clients, since I worked previously in that business. All my clients are stars!! Whether a first-time buyer or selling a major estate, they get all of me."

In what ways do you provide top-notch service to your clients?
"I realize they have a vast choice of who to work with, and I try to make what can be a stressful experience as pleasant as possible by staying calm and informative-but firm in loo king out for their interests when I have to be."

What's most rewarding about your work?
"To see clients happy!! The most important thing for most sellers is typically to obtain the highest sales price, and buyers want the best deal. In t he competitive real estate market that the South Bay always is, the goal is to find somewhat of a middle ground for both so all parties feel satisfied they have achieved most of their goal in a real estate purchase or sale."

"I surround myself with the best assistants, escrow officers, title reps, and loan officers, whom I hold to the same high standards as myself . and they deliver!"

Do you have a personal motto or philosophy for doing business?
"It's an age old-adage but holds true: 'Do unto others .' If you follow that, I believe you can't go far wrong."
