Ruthie Ravenel

Professionnel de l'Immobilier à Charleston, Caroline Du Sud
États-Unis

A Charleston native, Ruthie Ravenel grew up on Broad Street in the heart of the Holy City. She attended Charleston Day School and Porter Gaud and graduated from Boston College. Ruthie spent a year abroad in Strasbourg, France studying History and Political Science. After undergraduate studies, she moved to Park City, Utah to pursue one of her passions, snow-skiing. During her 4 years in Park City she was involved in developing a new property management & lodging division at the world famous Deer Valley Resort. This experienced helped develop a strong appreciation for homeownership and a keen understanding of protecting real estate assets in a rental environment. Despite her passion for travel, Ruthie has always loved her hometown and expressed an interest in real estate from a young age, working at the firm during high school and college. In 2011 she returned to Charleston to begin her Real Estate career in earnest, first serving as Office Manager then assuming the role of Marketing Director of the firm. Since then Ruthie has developed her marketing skills and sales acumen and now serves as Sales and Marketing Director of the firm. Her passion for real estate sales in the context of the Sotheby's International Realty brand is something she shares with all agents at the firm through her leadership in sales, property promotion, content marketing, and use of technology. She prides herself in providing the highest levels of service to clients in every price range, and finds joy in assuring a smooth transaction for both buyers and sellers. In 2015 she earned the Realtors of Distinction Award, a top honor for area realtors, and was inducted into the highest tier - the Executive Circle. Ruthie is involved with numerous organizations in town including the Charleston Library Society, Charleston Symphony Orchestra, the French Protestant (Huguenot) Church, the ESPN Charleston Classic, and she serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of the Charleston World Heritage Coalition. Her hobbies include snow-skiing, traveling, tennis, boating, mountain biking, and hiking.
