A native New Yorker, Claudia’s unique worldview has been shaped by living in Italy and the former Yugoslavia. She speaks Italian, French, Spanish and Slovene. Educated in International Relations at American University in Washington, D.C., she became a real estate developer and construction company owner in the nation’s capital. Her expertise in construction management allows her to visualize what a property can be, and what that transformation entails. Detail-oriented and hands-on, Claudia knows how to take a project from concept to completion. Clients have put their faith in her guidance and leadership for years. She believes in serving sellers and buyers with the highest level of personal attention.

Specializing in historic preservation, Claudia has managed the development and renovation of residential and commercial properties In Washington, D.C. and Sarasota. After ten years as a snowbird living on Siesta Key, Claudia and her husband Jack relocated to Sarasota full time, where they purchased and renovated their own historic 1926 home in the Sapphire Shores neighborhood.

Claudia is deeply committed to helping others realize their real estate dreams, and this passion spills over into her philanthropic work. She co-founded a homeless organization in Washington, D.C., and continues to manage two foundations that serve homeless and special needs populations in that area. She is also active in Sarasota, raising money and awareness for the arts and several local organizations.

They enjoy attending local theater and the wonderful museums of Sarasota. He is a percussionist for the Pops Orchestra. They volunteer for several nonprofits in the community.
