Douglas D. Kerbs is a Broker Associate with Fuller Sotheby's International Realty. Since deciding to make real estate his career profession, he has taken the industry by storm. Within nine months, Douglas became one of the top ten producers at Fuller Sotheby's International Realty. As of 2014 he ranks in the top 3 at Fuller Sotheby's International Realty and 6th among all real estate agents in the Denver Metro area. He has been actively involved with and invested in the Colorado real estate market for the past two decades. Having been a participant in the real estate process for many years, it is his endeavor to change the face of the residential real estate market by providing a full-service, one-stop approach in order to make the experience more pleasant and efficient. Kerbs, combining his twenty years of marketing, vision customer service with this approach guarantees his clients success in listing, buying, or investing.
Additionally, Douglas was a director for Tiffany & Co. for almost seven years. Kerbs was charged with providing leadership and vision to thirty-five employees and developed all marketing and public relations strategies in the Rocky Mountain region. Under his direction, the internationally renowned specialty retailer produced double digit percentage increases each year resulting in the store receiving the prestigious Tiffany & Company Global Achievement Award on an annual basis. Furthermore, Douglas was responsible for implementing Tiffany & Co.'s philanthropy program. To assist him with this effort, Kerbs created the Tiffany & Co. Community Advisory Board. The board was comprised of business and community leaders who would recommend non-profits and fundraisers to Kerbs for potential company support. On the average, Tiffany & Co. would partner with more than thirty different Colorado charities per year.
Prior to joining Tiffany & Co., Kerbs was with Subaru of America as Senior Manager of Brand Strategy, a position that applied his marketing and management expertise. He was responsible for developing and implementing market-based product positioning strategies; directing national new model product launch programs for the Subaru Outback, Legacy, Forester and Impreza, and coordinating the annual National Dealer Meeting. During his tenure, the new model product launches were considered the most successful in the company's history.
A native Coloradoan, Kerbs graduated from the University of Denver with a degree in Finance. He is also actively involved with the Denver community and currently serves on several boards of directors including the Corporate Development Board of the Denver Art Museum, University of Denver High School, Colorado Neurological Institute, and The Denver Future Forum.
