Lindsay Allison

Professionnel de l'Immobilier à Cambridge, Massachusetts États-Unis
Over the past thirty-five years selling real estate in Cambridge, Lindsay has consistently been one of the top brokers in the city, specializing in historic and architecturally interesting properties. Lindsay has a background in Art History and an avid interest in architecture, preservation and design. She has built a reputation for assisting her clients in all aspects of preparing and marketing real estate. Prior to real estate, Lindsay spent ten years as a retail buyer where she developed well-honed negotiating skills which she now brings to her real estate transactions. One of the things she enjoys the most is negotiating an offer to the greatest benefit of her client. Lindsay has a long history of giving back to the community. She served as a member of the Half Crown Neighborhood Conservation District Commission and on the Board of Solutions at Work: a Cambridge based organization run by homeless and formerly homeless people, which provide services to help move people out of hopelessness. And, for the last 20 years she has been on the Chappaquiddick Local Committee of The Trustees of Reservations and serving as a head gardener at MyToi, a Japanese style garden on Chappaquiddick Island. A mother of two children and a grandmother of two more, Lindsay has lived in Harvard Square since 1979. Her husband Blake is a partner in Dingman Allison Architects and, over the years, they have done a number of renovation and restoration projects.
