Having first obtained a real estate license in 1987, Lisa-Marie joined a development firm marketing and selling luxurious town homes and condominiums in Toronto. Working alongside A-list architects, engineers, and designers taught her the development process from the ground up. Her keen interest and subsequent detailed understanding of the new construction process has proven invaluable for hundreds of clients making real estate investment choices. Lisa-Marie’s ability to connect with first time buyers and sophisticated sellers comes from a background in customer service. At the age of twenty-five, her entrepreneurial spirit leads her to open her own restaurant. Its success and ultimate sale six years later afforded her the ability to return to University. Upon receiving a Film and Television degree she worked on feature films before becoming partner and vice-president of a distribution company that sold Canadian programming internationally. In 2004, as she watched Toronto transform into a world-class city her desire to return to real estate could no longer be denied. Before joining Sotheby’s International Realty she sold many prestigious condominium developments including Daniel Libeskind’s L Tower, 550 Wellington Street West, and the Four Seasons Private Residences. She recently left her position as Director of Operations of a downtown brokerage to concentrate on her clientele and the sale of luxurious residential properties.
