Justin is Co-Owner and Managing Broker of Ocean Atlantic Sotheby's International Realty. He has been involved in the real estate business since 1997 and has overseen the development and sales of over a billion dollars worth of real estate development since joining Ocean Atlantic in 1999. Since Justin began managing the sales force, the team has grown from 2 to over 75 licensed agents. He has added two additional offices in Bethany Beach and Lewes to successfully serve all of coastal Delaware, resulting in an annual sales volume increase from approximately $5 million to over $250 million.
In 2008, he put together an acquisition of a competing real estate brokerage firm in order to affiliate with Sotheby's International Realty. He has served as a Managing Partner on several highly successful real estate developments, including Creekwood, Oyster Bay Villas, North Village at The Villages of Five Points, and Central Self Storage-Rehoboth Beach.
In 2013, Justin was appointed by Governor of Delaware Jack Markell to serve on the Delaware Real Estate Commission. He is currently acting as Chairman of the Real Estate Commission. In 2014, he was appointed by the Chancery Court of Delaware to act as the receiver for a real estate project that was placed into receivership and successfully disposed of that asset for the court. Justin still loves putting together or advising on real estate deals and oversees over 500 successful real estate settlements each year.
When not in Rehoboth, he can be found on the slopes of Park City, Utah or spending time with his wife Sarah and their three boys. He grew up in Stony Brook, New York, and graduated from the State University of New York College at Oneonta with a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics.
