Michael Rankin, principal and managing partner of TTR Sotheby's International Realty, has twenty-five years of experience in the real estate industry. He is consistently ranked as one of the top five agents in the Washington Metropolitan Area and one of the top 100 agents in the country as reported by The Wall Street Journal. As a noted expert in the luxury real estate market, Mr. Rankin has appeared on CNBC and in The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, Washington Business Journal, and The New York Times.

Mr. Rankin is an avid preservationist and has restored numerous historic properties in several Washington neighborhoods, most notably Kalorama and Georgetown, which he now calls home.
