Born and raised in Brazil, Indiana, Jeff earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana State University and was a member of the Air Force ROTC. Jeff served for 10 years in the U.S. Air Force as a pilot, flying the F-16 and serving as an instructor pilot for the T-37. For the last 21 years he has been, and continues to be, a pilot with Delta Air Lines. He moved to Utah in 1994 because it is a Delta hub and for the mountain lifestyle.
Jeff has been a resident of Old Town Park City for 18 years and currently lives in a 120 year old historic house. For nearly 10 years he has been assisting clients with their real estate needs in Park City and specializes in the Old Town area. As a long term resident of Old Town, and someone who has navigated Park City's development process several times, he can quickly assess a property's potential and aid clients in selling or locating the best house or lot. In addition to real estate sales, Jeff owns and manages a nightly rental house in Old Town and can advise buyers about rental income options.
Jeff takes full advantage of the many year-round activities available in the Park City area, including snow skiing, hiking, biking, travel, golf, and jet skiing. With a second home in Southern Utah, Jeff is also able to spend time enjoying the warmer weather, the many national parks, and house boating on Lake Powell.
