With 338 feet of beachfront, the Resort is set amid numerous Coconut Palms, filled with Mayan Culture influence. The Yucatan Jungle rich with wild life is the back yard. Fly fishing and diving are the main reasons of the guests to visit the hotel. 17 individual private cabanas, (all recently remodeled), with traditional exterior stonework, exotic tropical woods, native thatch palapa roofs, and louvered wood fully screened windows all around, to catch the Caribbean breeze. Each cabana has it's own private bathroom and shower. The property also has a restaurant, full bar and a dive center. Year-round there are tarpon, bonefish, and permit, you can also catch snook, jacks, tuna, barracuda, snapper, grouper, dorado, marlin, sailfish, and more. Xcalak and Chetumal Bay are rated one of the best fishing destinations in the world. The reef diving is exceptional; less than 5 to 20 minute boat ride takes you to different dive sites.
