Devlyn has been involved in real estate since 1994. She got her start on Nantucket Island at Island Properties, where she was the office manager and administrator for 2 years, assisting the office's 10 agents. After moving to the main land and a short break from the real estate to pursue her college major of accounting, Devlyn returned to real estate working with a Carlson Real Estate Top Producer in Marblehead, MA for the next two years. Over the past 12 years, Devlyn and her husband have bought and sold 8 homes of their own with a track record of achieving significant returns with limited days on the market. With an immense understanding of home buying and selling, Devlyn uses her personal experience in sales to help guide her clients through the exciting process of home buying and selling. She is also a multi-million dollar producer for By the Sea Sotheby's International Realty. Devlyn has been a part of the Beverly Farms community for nearly 6 years and has enjoyed being a full time sales agent there for nearly five of those years. She specializes in Beverly, Beverly Farms, Prides Crossing, and Manchester, and feels it is extremely important for an agent to know their community well in order to be a successful agent. As a member of the community, Devlyn has served as co-president for the Beverly Farms/Prides Mother's Club, raising money for the local libraries and women's shelters. She has also been President of the Parents' Association of her children's elementary school for the past 4 years, where she helped raise over one million dollars for the school's faculty and student enrichment programs, as well as for financial aid. With 14 years experience buying and selling homes and being involved passionately in her community, she is a valuable part of the By the Sea Sotheby's International Realty team.
