Entering the real estate profession after excelling as an account executive with Fortune 500 companies such as Xerox and United States Surgical, Carol came to Sotheby's International Realty in 2004 well equipped to represent discriminating clientele and distinctive properties. While her corporate background gave her a firm foundation in sales, navigating logistical challenges and establishing business relationships with high-net-worth clients, her association with one of the world's most prestigious brokerage firms provides her with global strength and marketing power. In addition, her longtime residence in the Napa-Sonoma Wine Country has allowed her to gain broad and unsurpassed market knowledge contributing to her stellar career representing estate homes, land and vineyards.
Today, as she has been since 2005, Carol is a partner in Martin and Sebastiani, named by The Wall Street Journal as one of the top-producing real estate teams in the country. She brings excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills to the partnership and is known by her clients and colleagues alike for her honesty, integrity and dedication to the best interests of her buyers and sellers.
Carol is also dedicated to her community and family. Her commitment extends to Justin-Siena High School, Sonoma Valley High School Boosters and the Sonoma Valley Museum of Modern Art.
