As a professional agent, it requires marketing competence, communication skill, conformity ability to analyze cases and the market, as well as professional knowledge and worldwide vision.
Growing up, my family put emphasis on education and personality development. I was taught to be optimistic, logical, and always think in positive and aggressive attitude. In the mean time, my family also taught me to be cautious, moderate, kind, and enthusiastic about things that I work.
My first job after graduation was a property agent, it always brings me great achievement when seeing clients’ satisfaction through successful deals. Then I worked for a construction company and learned professional knowledge from variable challenges by dealing with different cases. Next, I participated in a company of marketing sales to enhance my marketing ability. Requirements of being a professional agent were accumulated from my work experience; meanwhile, friendship with clients was also established. Team work environment allows me to well–cooperated with other colleague, and I fully realize its importance as well as its contribution to long-term management.
With optimistic personality and high pressure resistance, I hope to devote my specialty to serve for Taiwan Sotheby’s International Realty, and I believe there will be a bright future with good development opportunities.
