Rachel has three children that went to public school in both Darien and New Canaan, CT, and who went on to top colleges including Lehigh University, Connecticut College and Loyola University, Maryland. She also has two large Labrador Retrievers who rule her house. In her spare time, Rachel is an avid reader, having been brought up by two Mensa parents who were college professors. She loves the simple joys of spending time with her husband, children and friends, trail walking and Reformer Pilates.
Rachel went to Montclair State University and further studied Hotel and Hospitality Management at New York University.
