Jeremy is not only one of the youngest Realtors in York County, he is also one of the most successful. As a member of the Anne Erwin Sotheby's International Realty team since 2003, Jeremy's real estate career has been highlighted by several noteworthy sales: "Seafarer" which sold over $4m in York Harbor and "Highland Farm" resulting in a record sale for a non-waterfront property. Beginning his career at the tender age of 12, Jeremy traveled from house-to-house in his neighborhood mowing lawns. By the time he was 16, he owned a fleet of mowing equipment and had a customer database exceeding 70 properties. After graduating from York High School and attending York County Community College, Jeremy believed it was time to embark on a new venture. With Jeremy's Lawncare LLC (now Reynolds Property Services LLC) flourishing, he decided to enroll in the Maine Real Estate licensing course and joined Anne Erwin Sotheby's International Realty where he quickly proved himself in the real estate community. Jeremy credits his fresh approach, combined with his knowledge and genuine love of York and the surrounding communities for his success. Aside from real estate, Jeremy is passionate about deep-sea fishing, snowboarding, surfing and his community. Equipped with his Captain's License and his 32-foot Albemarle charter boat "Fourtunate", he spends his time off fishing for stripers or tuna. He actively organizes and participates in the annual Dockside Striper Tournament, which has benefited, The York and Kittery Food Pantries. Further endeavors include remodeling his recently purchased home in Cape Neddick, using his many landscaping and construction skills in combination with the design expertise he has gained through his exposure to some of the area's finest homes.
