Ann's passion is helping clients accomplish their real estate goals. Her mission is to guide buyers and sellers through the complexities of the dynamic, local real estate market and their real estate transaction. After graduating from Agnes Scott College with a dual degree in Economics and English, Ann worked with a preeminent appraisal company in Atlanta valuing properties. This experience gave her analytical skills that are beneficial to all types of real estate transactions. In 1987, she moved to St. Simons Island to join her husband, Wallace, a St. Simons native. The Harrells and their daughters, Elizabeth, a student at the University of Georgia, and Laura Ann, a student at Glynn Academy, love making the Golden Isles their home. They enjoy playing tennis and "taking a mini-vacation" with a beach walk or bike ride. With extensive bike paths and walking trails, there is no better place to enjoy the natural world than in the Golden Isles. Ann also likes to read, and she appreciates the great history that the area offers. A top producer, Ann is a lifetime member of the Circle of Excellence. She is a member of the Golden Isles Associations of Realtors and its Technology Committee. She loves community involvement and serves on the Victory Board of the American Cancer Society, in the Cassina Garden Club and the St. Simons Cotillion. She and her family enjoy being a part of the fellowship at Christ Church, Frederica. Ann's love affair with the Golden Isles began when as a young child she frequently visited with her family from nearby hometown, Vidalia, Georgia. The Golden Isles are Ann's Camelot, and she would love to introduce you to "the perfect spot for happily- ever- aftering."
