When it comes to buying in Park City, few brokers are more skilled at selling across diverse housing types and neighborhoods than Christine Grenney.
Ranked No. 10 out of more than 100 agents in her Park City-based Summit Sotheby's offices for transactions closed, Christine is one of the top-producing agents in the area. Thanks to her extensive market knowledge and business acumen, she finished 2016 with a total sales volume of $24.5 million across 37 closings.
A Park City resident for nearly 15 years, Christine plays an active and philanthropic role in the local community. Last year alone, she made donations to over 25 deserving nonprofits in the names of her clients. With two elementary-aged daughters, she is passionate about supporting the town's outstanding public schools, and sharing with prospective residents valuable programs like Dual Language Immersion, animal rescue and Summit County Power Works.
Originally from the East Coast, Christine is a Vanderbilt University alum who worked in the Lloyd's of London insurance marketplace, followed by positions that took her to Atlanta, New York and New Orleans. Her 25 years of diverse sales experience span top brands, including Xerox, Microsoft and the House of Blues in the French Quarter.
Christine believes in service from the ground-up, based on a foundation of integrity, sincerity and client service upon which long-term friendships and relationships are built. The lion's share of her business is referral-based, which is a testament to her success as a dynamic sales agent. Her market knowledge is expansive, ranging from Park City and Summit County communities of Kamas and Coalville, to neighboring Wasatch County areas of Heber City and Midway.
Christine represents clients of all types, including first-time home buyers, second homeowners, investors and those building from the ground up. Regardless of transaction size, all clients are treated with the same white-glove service.
In 2013, Sotheby's International Realty invited Christine to join their prestigious brand and she's been a member of their distinguished group of agents since. As a result of her custom pre-listing strategy, her listings sell within an average of two weeks on the market and achieve an incredibly high sale to list price ratio. She is also a decade-long member of the MLS Committee and Director on the MLS Board, and just concluded a three-year term as a Director of the Park City Board of Realtors.
Christine's hard work and success as a true leader in the local real estate community has not gone unnoticed. She has earned several awards, including, most recently, the "Best of Park City" in the Realtor category. Her accolades are well earned, but it's the guidance and confidence she provides to clients on both sides of the transaction that places her above her peers in the increasingly competitive field of Park City real estate.
Christine is a member of the Park City Board of Realtors and the Wasatch Front MLS. She is an Associate Broker, Accredited Buyer Representative and Sustaining Master of Park City Board's Professional Achievement Award. An avid skier, Christine lives in the Silver Springs neighborhood of Park City with her husband, two daughters, and rescue Lab, Sadie.
