In fact, most of Margi's relationships with her clients don't end with the sale. Over the last 28 years, she has developed long-standing friendships as a top producer in some of the most prestigious communities in the western U.S. including Rancho Santa Fe and Del Mar in California; and Castle Pines Village, Aspen Glen, Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley in Colorado. Clients find Margi's home and interior design background very helpful, whether she is optimizing their home's sales potential, matching them with just the right property, or envisioning the possibilities of a particular property. Margi also consulted on the floorplans and designed the interiors of luxury townhouses in River Valley Ranch outside Carbondale. When Margi is not assisting clients with real estate, she may be volunteering or fulfilling her adventurous spirit. Margi not only volunteers for the Aspen Music Festival, but has been an active supporter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society, the American Cancer Society, and Toys for Tots. She loves blazing new trails on snowshoes, taking aerial photographs, and hiking the mountains with her camera in tow.
