Casa Andalucia, truly one of the most spacious houses in the Riviera Maya. Set on 12,912 sq ft / 1,200 m2 of land with lush tropical gardens that include an amazing variety of over 100 palm trees, fruit trees like banana, papaya, lime, mango and many different types of exotic flowers. The house itself has 6,792 sq ft / 631 m2 of construction and is located in a private gated community, only steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Mexico. It is just 20 minutes away from Playa del Carmen and 30 minutes away from the International airport of Cancun. The house is built in a modern Mexican Hacienda style with many architectural details. There are 5 large bedrooms with built in mahogany closets, most of them have private balconies with ocean view. There are 3.5 spacious bathrooms, featuring ceramic sinks set on marvel and a jacuzzi. The 2 huge living rooms open up to the swimming pool. One is set up as a Hi-fi room that includes a pool table and the other one as a board game room. The terrace has morning sun and is covered during the hottest time of the day. Next to it is the 47.5ft/ 14.5m long “L” shaped swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and features mahogany closets and granite countertops. It might be difficult to decide where to enjoy your meals, as you can choose to sit in the kitchen, in the formal dining room or on the huge terrace where you enjoy the fresh sea breeze. Finally relax and relish the sunset from the roof top terrace with a stunning ocean view and watch the glimmering lights of Cozumel island by night. The house comes fully furnished including bed sheds and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped. You can accommodate up to 18 people. For the children you have 2 bunk-beds.
