This beautiful oceanfront home is located in Playacar Phase I. The patio has a fabulous view of the Caribbean and is a comfortable place to share with friends and family to enjoy the most beautiful vacations, and the ocean breeze. The villa features a palapa roof and a balcony. Beach chairs in a spacious deck area are provided. Parking place for your vehicle is right at the entrance and off the street. This beautiful oceanfront home is within 10 minutes walking distance to downtown Playa del Carmen or a 2 minute taxi ride. Both Playa del Carmen and Cozumel, the island located in front of Playa, have spectacular diving on world class reefs or in natural cenotes, which include cave diving for professionals.
