La Abenojar hunting ranch situated in Ciudad Real, district of Abenojar, only 48 km from the high-speed train station, The AVE. The property totals 1,300 hectares with 300 acres of horse pasture and 1,000 acres for big game (deer, mouflon, wild boar…). The land is fully enclosed with a mesh fence that extends 2.10 meters between each pole and is attached to the ground. All very well maintained and cared for. Also on the property are three wells that connect through underground pipes to five ponds, so in case of a drought they are fed directly from the wells. There are additionally three 5,000 liter deposits of water that are kept for emergencies such as fires and three drinkable water tanks with a 120,000 liter capacity. The electrical system was recently installed in 2008 with concrete posts and a 160 kw transformer. The ranch has five employee houses that are semi new, all with their own heating system. The main house located 600 meters from the employee housing totals 290 sq. meters and includes four bedrooms, three baths, kitchen, family room, living room, pantry and wine cellar. There is also a pool and gazebo on the property, a gym and a ten-car garage. Large scale refrigerators with a 50-60 cattle capacity.
