Luxury property built in 1988 over a 5.80 acres estate, located 3 miles away from the city of Bariloche (province of Río Negro), on the coast of the Nahuel Huapi lake, in the Argentinean Patagonia, the most famous ski resort in Latin America, known for its large lakes and beautiful mountain tops. The city features an international airport, receiving both domestic flights and direct flights from Brazil and Chile. Flight time from Buenos Aires is one hour, 45 minutes, and from Santiago de Chile, an hour and a half. The city and its surroundings offer a wide variety of nice restaurants, shopping areas, discotheques and casinos. The property has a large lake front on the Nahuel Huapi, offering marvelous views from the rooms as well as from the living area, where a cozy fireplace invites to relax and enjoy the scenery. Fishing and scuba diving tours depart from the beautiful pier. Sports can be practiced at all seasons. During July, August and September, skiing is the favorite activity. In November it begins the fishing season, attracting people from all over the world, who look for the exciting trout fishing in spectacular wild sceneries. Starting in February, the hunting season attracts deer and wild boar hunters. During summer time, all nautical sports are practiced in the large Nahuel Huapi and other surrounding lakes. Golf, tennis, horse riding and hunting at private reserves are available upon request. The extensive park and gardens feature a wide variety of native and foreign botanical species, as well as a 30 ft. natural waterfall.
