Casa de Uco is a private vineyard in Tunyuán, Uco Valley, Mendoza. This natural oasis is the perfect place for wine lovers who always dreamt of having their own wine and vineyard; the grapes to produce the best Malbec in the world grow here. This breathtaking plot of land is located at the foot of imposing Andes Mountains, in Argentina’s most important wine region. Vineyard owners can enjoy all facilities and services of Casa de Uco Hotel and Spa, and if they wish, they can store their wines in its cave advised by renowned winemaker Alberto Antonini. There are two types of real estate offers: 1) productive vineyard plots of land: planted parcels from 7,000 sq mt (75,347 sq ft) with a shared professional management. From the annual harvest, it could be chosen: a) to elaborate your own wine within your parcel production under the advice of a professional enologist’s team, or b) to sell your production to other wineries through the administration, which could represent approximately an annual 7%. Membership: when acquiring a plot of land, owners become members of Casa de Uco Wine Hotel and Spa and they start enjoying a series of benefits as free accommodation in the suites and bungalows of the hotel and the use of the facilities of the complex. Annually, for each hectare, owners receive 150 premium bottles of wine made with the farm’s grapes. 2) Plots of land in Private Villas: (exclusive for owners of vineyards). These are 2,500 sq mt (26,909 sq ft) private plots of land located among vineyards for owners to build their own houses and at the same time, to be able to enjoy the services and facilities of the hotel. The spa offers innovative treatments based on wine and hydrotherapy, a massage room, hammam, sauna, steam bath, treatment bathtubs, hydro massages , fitness center and yoga.
