Jennifer Liu, discovered her passion for real estate soon after completing a psychology degree at the University of Illinois in Chicago. Upon starting her graduate degree, she took a position as a leasing coordinator for a private property management company. Her interest and love for the industry grew rapidly from there. She soon met Mike Hulett and began working closely with him on many new development projects. Over the course of time Jennifer continued to work diligently on many new construction projects while expanding her greater real estate knowledge by representing buyers, re-sale listings, and some commercial properties as well. She formed her own network of developers and clients as a result of this hard work. To date, Jennifer's projects have ranged from $6M-$20M with much larger projects on the horizon. When asked what the key to her success has been, Jennifer notes that; I feel my success in real estate has been directly related to my client service approach and true attention to detail. She currently resides in the Northwest suburbs with her husband Ray.
