Cindy Metz has been selling real estate for over 7 years in the Phoenix Metropolitan area and has risen to the top 1% of Realtors in Maricopa County and top 5% of Realtors with Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty. The heartbeat of her business is in Scottsdale and the Northeast Valley. She is passionate about real estate and believes in the value of owning a home and/or investing in land or rental properties. Cindy is well respected in the local real estate community. She has received the designation "Certified Scottsdale Real Estate Specialist" and was selected by her peers to be part of the Scottsdale Area Association's Leadership Academy Class XII.
Cindy's professional experience, prior to real estate, has made her a more diligent and creative agent. She spent 7 years with Marriott Hotels at the Maui Marriott and Camelback Inn in Scottsdale, where she worked in customer service. Cindy left Marriott to raise 2 children and work part-time for her husband's business, Metz Tennis, LLC, where she handled the marketing, promotions and accounting functions.
Through her background with hotels and owning a small business, Cindy understands the importance of exceptional service and makes sure that each client is treated with respect and honesty. Innovative and attentive, Cindy is not afraid to speak to a large crowd at networking meetings and stays on top of all the details to ensure a successful close of escrow. Her real estate business is referral based: she depends on her clients being so pleased that they pay her the greatest compliment by recommending her to their friends and family.
Cindy has been a valley resident for 26 years and owned 4 homes during that time. She has been active in the community and knows the surrounding areas and amenities well. An avid hiker, she can often be found volunteering at Pinnacle Peak Park or summiting one of the local mountain tops. She is a member of North Bible Church and currently holds the positions of Hiking Coordinator and Chaplain for Boy Scout Troop 131. Cindy is originally from Suffolk, Virginia and received her B.S. degree from the College of William and Mary.
