Professionista immobiliare in Raleigh, Carolina Del Nord Stati Uniti
David's real estate practice is based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Over the past five years (2013 through 2017), David has helped more clients close on homes than any other agent in the firm and he has assisted clients in over $90,000,000 in real estate transactions over the past five years. In 2016 and 2017, David was named to the Triangle Business Journal's Book of Lists as one of the "Top Real Estate Agents in the Triangle." David has been profiled by both the News & Observer and the Triangle Business Journal, and he is frequently quoted in news stories concerning real estate as it relates to the public school assignment system in Wake County. The News & Observer honored David's contributions to North Carolina when it named him Tar Heel of the Week in 2010.

A longtime resident of Raleigh and customer of the firm, David chose Hodge & Kittrell Sotheby's International Realty after a twenty-year career in the performing arts. As President & CEO of the North Carolina Symphony for more than a decade, David oversaw the Symphony's role in the openings of Meymandi Concert Hall in downtown Raleigh and the outdoor Koka Booth Amphitheatre at Regency Park in Cary, as well as the introduction of Grant Llewellyn as the Symphony's fifth music director. Prior to relocating to Raleigh and making it his permanent home in the late 1990s, David resided in Boston MA, Fort Worth TX, Syracuse NY, Chicago IL, Homewood IL, Spokane WA and San Francisco CA.

David grew up in Newton, Massachusetts, just outside Boston. He earned his undergraduate degree in economics at Harvard. David is married to Miranda Yeager, an executive in the health care industry, and they live inside-the-beltline Raleigh. David’s daughter attends Enloe High School and is active in musical theater. When they are not working, you are most likely to find them rooting for the Carolina Hurricanes or Alabama Crimson Tide football, enjoying a live performance at DPAC or Memorial Hall at UNC, or trying out one of the Triangle's newest restaurants.
