Pip recently joined Four Seasons Sotheby's International Realty as a sales associate working within the Celina Barton Group. After graduating from Yale University, he embarked on a career in business development consulting. In 1987, Pip earned an MBA in finance and innovation theory from the Columbia Graduate School of Business. Thereafter, he spent more than 15 years as a fiduciary in investment research, investment management and various venture capital projects. Pip traveled widely during this time throughout Europe, Latin America, and Asia, spending four of these years as an expatriate portfolio manager. He was head of technology sector investment at Fidelity International and worked for four years as an international financial analyst and intelligence officer at the U.S. Treasury Department. Pip brings significant analytical skills to the Celina Barton Group. Combined with Celina's marketing and negotiation acumen, they provide their clients' a unique level of market perspective along with a high degree of service. This combination often results in an efficient sale with a better than average price realization for their listing clients. Pip's other interests include historic preservation having completed a three year restoration on a Beacon Hill brownstone in Boston, as well as working to make improvements on his home in Norwich. Additionally, he enjoys taking part in the many outdoor activities the Upper Valley has to offer with his wife and two children. Pip is also involved with various school endeavors, alumni activities, startup efforts, and he supports both local and national charities.
