Originally from the Chicago area, Maura attended and graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Mathematics. Following graduation, Maura pursued her career in real estate by gaining experience in real estate development planning, financial analysis of real estate loan portfolios, and leasing and sales of commercial properties. She went on to establish herself as a residential real estate specialist in 1994.
Maura sells single family homes, land, condominiums, investment properties and resort properties. She lists and sells homes on behalf of clients from Bountiful to Draper to Park City. She has a real eye for staging and assists her clients in creating the best look for their homes before they hit the market. She calls the east bench of Salt Lake City her home and it is also her primary area of expertise. She is an active member of both Salt Lake and Park City Boards of Realtors.
Maura focuses on listening carefully and understanding each individual customer and their specific needs. Her results have made her a consistently top producing agent at Sotheby's for many years. But, most gratifying of all of the achievements is the testimonials, friendships, and long term relationships Maura has earned from her clients. Passionate, determined, detailed and resilient are some of the words her clients use to describe her. Others have called her the "best agent we have ever worked with" as well as being a true professional who is thorough, compassionate, and attentive. Her clients trust her because of her expertise and understanding of their needs as well as what the market offers. There are no shortage of words to support the value of Maura's ability to effectively buy and sell homes.
Maura is an active member of her community serving on the executive committee of the Bonneville Hills Community Council. She has been committed to participating in the Sotheby's Cares philanthropy effort of her office.
Maura and her husband, Robert, have raised their family in Salt Lake City. They have two daughters, both of whom have chosen to go to the University of Utah. They enjoy exploring the great outdoors together hiking, skiing, and camping. They take advantage of the many arts and cultural activities available along the Wasatch Front and are always ready with recommendations for the trendiest or the best loved traditional spots in town.
