"It would be My Pleasure to Help You Grow Your Wealth in Real Estate in Hawaii and with the Sotheby's International Realty® Network Around the World." With more than 30 years of sales and negotiating experience, Curtis's integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction coupled with his creative positive high level of energy helps him to succeed in real estate. Curtis partly bases his success on his ability to build trusting relationships through listening to the needs of his clients to help enhance their lifestyle, businesses, and investments needs. He has a passion for helping families find their dream home, as well as helping investors find the right investment opportunity. Along with his knowledge of Hawaii's neighborhoods, these qualities truly make Curtis one of Hawaii's Top Agents and Top Producers. Curtis enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife Elaine, son Cassius, daughter April, and grandson Deion. In addition, he has been active in many organizations including the Honolulu Executive Association (past President Elect), HAAMGA (Treasurer), SAG, HBTA, CATRALA, HHLA and HADA, PRC. Curtis' hobbies and interests include golfing, snow skiing, conducting bible studies, painting, mentoring, and acting. He is very pleased to be an associate at LIST Sotheby's International Realty, an exclusive affiliate of the Sotheby's International Realty® network, which provides Curtis the opportunity to help his clients anywhere in the world. In 1989, Curtis was promoted and transferred from Connecticut to beautiful Hawaii by a real estate brochure company to sell advertising to businesses that helped agents to close transactions easier. His position involved constant travel throughout the state for more than six years, allowing him to become very familiar with areas on all of the islands - from Princeville to Poipu, from Kapalua to Hana, from Waikoloa and Kona to Hilo, and from Hawaii Kai to the North Shore. This experience helps him find the best opportunities for all of his clients. Curtis was soon promoted to Sales Manager and freely shared his successful sales techniques through training seminars and developed one of the top sales team in the city. He then joined Pacific Business News, a division of American City Business Journals with more than 41 publications across the United States. He had phenomenal success beyond his expectations and received numerous awards and nine Eagles/Chairman Club Awards (the ACBJ's Highest Corporate Sales Honors from more than 200 sales associates across the country). Curtis soon was promoted to Associate Advertising Director and continued to build lasting relationships with many of the top decision-makers in Hawaii.
