In Kirsten's view there can be only one driving view about a successful business: "Do whatever is needed to meet the objectives of the customer." That fundamental concept is held together by responding to the customer with absolute honesty, concern for their welfare, focused activity and total attention to detail. In success or failure, Kirsten always find ways to improve.Kirsten was born to the Connecticut shore, graduated from Hopkins in New Haven and the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York. Post college, she gained experiences in commercial real estate, financial services, workers compensation consulting and private golf club sales & membership development. She returned to Madison with her family from San Francisco where they had lived on and off for the past 10 years. She is thrilled to be back; she knows and loves every street and lane on the shoreline and has friends and relatives on many.Kirsten and her husband John have two young children that are usually seen by others as polite, well behaved and responsive to their teachers and friends: what could be better? In addition, she serves on the Alumnae Board at Hopkins, has won the Connecticut State Golf Association Father/Daughter Golf Championship and 2 other local golf Club Championships. Lastly, she is honored to dedicate time as an Officer to her children's school PTA and a variety of other not for profit organizations in the area. 2011 Wm.
