Heather is originally from Toronto, Ontario. She is a graduate of Branksome Hall and Ryerson where she received a degree in Sales & Marketing as well as Interior Design. She also studied photography and the art of glass at George Brown College. Heather worked in advertising and was the Publisher of Transportation Business magazine at Baxter Publishing in Toronto prior to starting her own Interior Design business which she worked at for seven years. Heather migrated to the island of Montserrat in 1986 where she became a Real Estate investor involved in construction and Interior Design gaining valuable knowledge which has enabled her to become one of the Top Producers today. In 1996, due to the volcanic crisis in Montserrat, Heather relocated to the Turks & Caicos Islands where she became involved in Real Estate investments, construction and design. She is a Turks & Caicos Belonger, married to the world renowned musician Lovey Forbes. Together they have property on Providenciales, North Caicos and Middle Caicos enabling her to pass on knowledge to Investors who seek a more quiet and peaceful existence on the outer islands. Heather is a member of TCREA, the Founder and Chairperson of The Potcake Foundation and still makes time for her glasswork and exquisite jewelry designs.
