At the beginning of her career in real estate sales as a broker, her concentration was with first-time buyers, which she immensely enjoyed. She learned she had the patience, care and understanding to handle their fears, apprehensions, and concerns. She is now selling to those first-time buyers' children and second generation. Very rewarding, indeed! Her goal is to make every buyer think of her as an outstanding professional who they can also call a friend.
Living and working in the affluent communities of the "680 corridor" has also given Emily the opportunity to market beautiful, unique and valuable properties, as well as to sell them to people relocating from other countries and other parts of the United States. She has consistently won sales achievement awards throughout her 20 years of work.
She has also been very active working with sellers and buyers in the surrounding Hispanic communities due to her speaking fluently the languages of Spanish and Portuguese. She also has a good understanding of the Russian language.
