Eva is a native Chinese born in Hong Kong and has been working in the Sales and Customer Service field for the past 20 years. Her professional performance and positive working attitude was recognized in 2005 while she was working as a Director of Sales and Marketing in the travel industry. Eva was proudly awarded the 2005 HKACE Customer Service Excellence Award - SME Individual Bronze Award, receiving over 1000 nominees. Although Eva is always busy striving to further her career, she is also a very loving wife and mother of her three beautiful boys. Furthermore, she still continues to study and has recently qualified for an insurance agent license as well. Eva believes that superior negotiation skills, patience and integrity as well as listening to and understanding her clients' needs are the most important elements to effectively assist her clients in finding their dream home or their best investment property.
