Josh Ivey has a passion for real estate, a love for marketing, and an ability to recognize great opportunities. After being honored as the Business Department's Distinguished Student of the Year, Josh graduated Summa Cum Laude and earned a Business Administration degree from Oregon State University - but his education was far from over. Since that time, Josh has gone on to study with, and be personally coached and mentored by, some of the greatest real estate minds in the country. He has taken advanced courses and received extensive training in virtually every aspect of real estate investing including asset protection, foreclosures, short sales, lease options, wholesaling, rehabbing, property management, and creative finance. As a real estate investor, consultant, and licensed Realtor, Josh has participated directly in real estate transactions yielding exceptional returns, even under current market conditions. Josh is actively involved with the local Boy Scout troop, serves as Committee Chairman, and goes on campouts with the Scouts as often as possible. He also enjoys archery, snow skiing, water skiing, hiking, and power sports. Josh lives on Lake Pend Oreille in the northern Idaho panhandle with his wife and four daughters.
