Nancy is a four-time recipient of the "Professional Achievement Award" from the Park City Board of Realtors for community service, continuing education and sales performance and was also recognized by the Board for her expertise in the Park City real estate market. Nancy has also served on the Boards of several community and charitable organizations in Park City.

Nancy is a native of Los Angeles, California where she earned an undergraduate degree from California State University, and a Master's degree from UCLA. She spent 16 years in the health care field negotiating multi-million dollar contracts between physician groups, hospitals and insurance companies. She relocated to Park City with her husband, Larry, and their two children in 2003 when Larry accepted a position for a company based in Salt Lake City. When Larry was offered another opportunity, back in Los Angeles, he agreed to commute so they could continue to raise their children in Park City, with its excellent schools and its diverse and accessible recreational opportunities. The family appreciates the rich cultural climate in Park City, as well as its small town charm.

Nancy has completed the Park City marathon and half-marathon several times and is a fitness enthusiast. She also enjoys skiing, reading, travel and fine dining. Nancy thoroughly enjoys the Park City lifestyle and one of her favorite aspects of being a real estate agent is sharing that lifestyle with newcomers.
