I am Kathy Wienstroer, a native St. Louisan and Webster Groves resident where I live with my husband, Jim. My primary school education was at a small Catholic school adjacent to my family's farm in Chesterfield, and I graduated High School from Visitation Academy. After graduating High School I attended the University of Missouri, Columbia for three years, and graduated from the University of Hawaii where I received my BA in Psychology.
I recently celebrated my 30th year in Real Estate, helping buyers and sellers with the largest investment of their lives. As a person raised on a West County farm, I have seen firsthand the St. Louis expansion from the central corridor to the point where the city "met" the county. As the city was expanding, I was growing a business where I learned more and more about helping my valued clients buy and sell homes. I am now a GRI designated agent (an achievement only 20% of agents carry nationwide), and I am relocation certified and E-Certified (for internet marketing). I am professionally affiliated with the National Association of Realtors, the Missouri Association of Realtors, and the St. Louis Association of Realtors.
I understand the importance of community involvement, and so my family and I are active members of the Holy Redeemer Parish, I am involved in the Alpha Delta Phi Sorority alumnae group, and my husband and I are avid golfers at the Algonquin Country Club.
In 27 years as a Real Estate professional, I have managed to sell in every kind of market imaginable. There have been good markets and challenging markets. But at each and every turn of the Real Estate climate, I have received the greatest satisfaction in knowing that my years of experience and my determination to give my clients stellar representation has time and time again resulted in handing good people the keys to their new home. It would be my privilege to be of service and to assist you with your Real Estate needs in the future.
