The penthouset is located in the attic of the building "Berringer" right on the promenade in Rostock/Warnemuende. The beautiful and long sandy beach is right on the doorstep. Also the port of Rostock/Warnemuende with its numerous comfortable restaurants and cafes is to be reached within a walking distance. Warnemuende is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts in the country. Especially the beautiful long sandy beach is perfect for long walks. Nice old fishermen's houses line the narrow streets. Fresh fish from the port is directly on the table, whether at one of the many snack bars or in the high-quality restaurants. You can even take action in exclusive shopping tours or you can amble along the "Alten Strom"- the old port. The flair of the seaside resort you can enjoy on the terrace of the unique and luxury penthouse. The penthouse is divided into a main and a guest apartment, which can be entered via two separate entrances, but also have a connecting door. The main apartment has a fireplace, a dining area, a kitchen and utility room. In addition, a bedroom with a separate dressing room and a bathroom with separate toilet and an additional guest toilet. The highlight of the ensemble is an approx. 58 sqm, partially covered patio with radiant heaters and a separate sound and lighting system. Both the main and the guest apartment are equipped with underfloor heating and an air-conditioning system (hotel standard). The bedroom with a beautiful view to the lighthouse and the open sea was equipped with an individually adjustable double bed and offers access to an adjoining dressing room. In the living area you can spend your evening in front of the fireplace or make yourself comfortable in front of the retractable television, with could be operated by a remote control unit or by computer. The maritime ornaments flushed in the floor complete the feeling for living on the sea. The windows are custom-made design with sound, visual, and thermal protection. Also the windows in the winter garden are custom-made and have been specially designed to be lowered individually or fully. The ceiling height of 4.50 m and the 180-degree view is spectacular and certainly unique on the Baltic coast. Each room has its own sea view. The penthouse is equipped with a high technical standard. In the apartment there are six sound zones, which are separately switchable (web based), a cinema system and in every room a high-quality television, a control system for all the technology in the residence: lighting, heating, TV, doors, windows and sound systems. Moreover, an alarm system and all rooms are under video surveillance, that can be controlled via web (also a video camera on the roof - 360 degrees and web-enabled), as well as a bus system. The bathroom is a gorgeous spa. You can find a Jacuzzi with lots of extras, a bio and a Finnish sauna as well as a massage and rain shower. From the Jacuzzi you can watch LCD TV. It is flushed with the wall and splash-proofed. The guest apartment is equipped with a kitchen, a small living room, a dining area and two bedrooms that are furnished with double beds and adjoining shower rooms.
