Sunrise Villa is a beautiful beachfront estate in Orchid Bay on the northern coastline of the Dominican Republic. It offers over r acres of exclusive ocean front splendor with over 450 feet of beachfront. This oceanfront acreage actually consists of 2 separate parcels of land: 2.4 acres to the west upon which the existing villa and guest houses exist; and an additional 3 acres to the east which is currently vacant land. This 3 acre parcel to the east can be used as green space for the existing villa -- or it can be used to increase the development size of the entire estate.

This prestigious estate was designed and built between 2001-02 and is modeled after the elegance and privacy of a modern Bali village. The eight air conditioned bedroom suites are located in five separate houses, each strategically clustered around a crystal clear swimming pool and hot tub. Each bedroom has a full, private bath and ocean view. The main house has soaring cathedral ceilings, an office alcove, and a separate billiards area. The verandah is an outside covered sitting area which overlooks the swimming pool and hot tub. It's a great place to relax. Adjacent to the verandah is a custom bar with a card table, wine cellar, and ice machine. The dining room seats 18 and has a view of the swimming pool and ocean beyond.

The master suite in the main house is located on the second floor and has a king size bed, private balcony, sitting area, full bathroom, twin wash hand basins, a two-person shower, and large a bath. To the left of the swimming pool as you are gazing at the ocean is the "Royal Palm Suite". It has a king-size bed, fabulous beach and ocean views and an under the stars "open shower". To the right of the swimming pool is a two-story guest house. The suite on the first floor has two queen bedrooms — each with queen bed and twin sleeper — and connecting with the living room. There are two baths on this first floor suite. The second floor suite contains a king bed, separate living room, en-suite bathroom and a bar.

The guest house closest to the ocean is identical to the Royal Palm Suite. It is situated on a 20-foot cliff which looks out towards the ocean and includes a private veranda, a full bath with Jacuzzi, and a very unique outdoor shower. The "Garden Suites" behind the main house both contain two luxurious King bed suites, each with sitting rooms with queen sleeper sofas, shower and jacuzzi tub, balcony. To the rear of the Sunrise Villa estate is private vacant land for future development.

Sunrise villa has been used by the owner as his and his family's holiday home as well as a very successful vacation rental and destination wedding venue.
