A villa harmonizing traditional and modern style. Due to its traditional landscaping united with modern and sophisticated architecture this property creates a magical atmosphere. The waterfall on its way down through the hanging gardens is unique and looks as if it would be running through the house in order to proceed in the front garden where the water conduit continues in little cascades. Water – the most essential element to life on earth and a symbol of vitality, purification and revivalism. The Designers have picked up the symbolism, integrated it into different areas and implemented it in a modern way. The courtyard - an oasis of ease and comfort. Gently cascades run the water through the wanton vegetation of the hanging gardens, supported by a cloud of a spray system to allow a natural cooling to the patio and part of the house. The exterior swimming pool is located in the south-orientated front garden, surrounded by a wooden deck. At the sides of the pool, crescent shaped fountains produce colorful rainbows. The view from the pool area as well as from the south oriented areas leads to the cathedral of Palma and the Mediterranean Sea. A spacious wellness area with indoor pool, which offers a magical illumination from hundreds of little lights, a whirlpool for up to six persons, a salt sauna, traditional dry sauna and rain shower experience provide the feeling of well being and relaxation. The villa was developed under the Feng Shui point of view to accomplish a concept of well being.
