Michael entered the field of real estate in 2003 after a successful business career that included 12 years in the consulting division of Andersen LLP. Since entering the business, Michael has consistently been ranked in the top 1% of Realtors in the Somerset Hills market area. Together with his business partner, Jerry Kienlen, Michael formed Kienlen Lattmann Sotheby's International Realty. The Brokerage has rapidly become the Number One Basking Ridge-based listing brokerage and has become recognized for its capabilities in managing the listing and sales of unique properties and land throughout the Somerset and Morris County areas. Specialties of the Brokerage include luxury real estate and new construction. Michael's personal expertise is in the marketing and sale of luxury properties and homes of unique distinction in New Vernon, Mendham Township, Mendham Borough, Bernardsville, Bedminster, Far Hills, Peapack-Gladstone, Bedminster, and Basking Ridge. Over the years, many of Michael's listings have received prominent internet and print exposure, including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes.com, and Variety Magazine. Michael is known for his diligence, professionalism, and leveraging his extensive business background to bring creative solutions to complex transactions. These skills, combined with his strong work ethic, account for over $150 million of closed business transacted. Michael graduated from St. Peter's College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and he resides with his wife in Basking Ridge.
