Bill Kirk is a seasoned real estate professional serving the greater Palm Beaches for over 25 years, including 2003-2010 as managing broker of Sotheby's International Realty's flagship Palm Beach brokerage, founded in 1976. Since 1992 Bill has served multiple terms as a Director of the Palm Beach Board of Realtors and was also Chairman of the Multiple Listing Committee.

A lifelong Florida native, Bill grew up in the rural farming areas of Western Palm Beach County and has witnessed firsthand the incredible population growth and evolution of South Florida over nearly six decades. Bill attended Palm Beach Community College, the University of South Florida, Tampa and the University of Florida, Gainesville, majoring in Business Administration, Psychology and Real Estate prior to beginning his lifelong career in real estate.

Bill and his wife and daughters live in West Palm Beach in their family home just off the Intracoastal Waterway. His two high school age daughters attend newly established Oxbridge Academy of the Palm Beaches. His wife, Karen, a Kentucky native, is a professional interior designer, owner of K.P. Kirk Design and co-owner of Island Living & Patio, a retail West Palm Beach distributor of upscale outdoor furnishings.
