As a ten-year resident of Battery Park City, Catherine is a past board member of the Hudson View Condominium Association.

The group has been an amazing source of business and marketing exposure for her exclusive properties. Network members meet in New York City on a regular basis and publish a bi-annual property brochure that gives Catherine's exclusive properties an overall edge in marketing exposure.
