Nadezhda Kot is Senior Vice President and Head of Local Sales at Moscow Sotheby’s International Realty. She has been in the company since October 2011. Nadezhda graduated from Minsk State Linguistic University with a honors degree, having also studied at Sorbonne during her course of education. Nadezhda has been working in the real estate market for 17 years now. Until 2001 she was real estate consultant at Noble Gibbons. From 2001 till 2005 Nadezhda was Head of “Kirsanova Realty”, an former affiliated office of Sotheby’s International realty (from 2005 till 2009 – affiliate of Christie’s Great Estates). From June till September 2011 Nadezhda was Head of Marketing & Sales Department at Mercury City. Nadezhda has a proven track record of asset sales and purchase. Featured in 2004 BBC film “SuoerHomes, Moscow”, as well as “Who Is Who in Russia” Guide. Nadezhda speaks English, German and French.
