Jennifer places great importance on giving back to her community, regularly dedicates her time and money to the San Antonio Food Bank, which helps to curtail hunger in South Texas. Additionally each year, she serves on the Livestock Committee of the San Antonio Livestock Show and Exposition, an all-volunteer organization that supports agriculture and education. Since the organization's founding in 1950, it has raised over $100 million in scholarships, grants, endowments and other programs benefitting area youth. Jennifer also actively supports the The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). She cares deeply about the lives of those who suffer from cancer and strives to live out the mission of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, helping blood cancer patients live better, longer lives. This year, Jennifer is a chairwoman for the LLS, Man and Woman of the Year Committee. The campaign is a fundraising competition that raises funds for blood cancer research in honor of local children who are blood cancer survivors.
