Broker Associate, Patrick O'Connor has been an active licensed real estate professional in Florida since 1978. Originally from New Orleans, he has lived in Florida since the mid-70s when he relocated to study Finance and earn his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida.
Patrick's background as a property appraiser along with his education and years of experience in real estate enable him to provide buyers and sellers a comprehensive and realistic assessment of changing markets.
As New Orleans is known for its multicultural heritage, music and cuisine, Patrick was raised in an environment that held great appreciation for art, music and history. Along with wife, Brenda, who is Vice President of the Naples Chamber of Commerce, Patrick participates in several local community events and philanthropic projects.
He is President of the Collier County 100 Club; a member of the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT); and a volunteer first responder. He is a graduate of Leadership Collier and the Leadership Institute. Honored by the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce for his work, Patrick was named Volunteer of the Year.He was bestowed the Naples Man of Distinction Award by The Education Foundation of Collier County.
He is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, the Florida Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
