Garry specializes in residential home sales, residential income properties, probates, short sales and REO's. Born and raised in Santa Barbara, California, Garry was awarded a scholarship from the Santa Barbara County Board of Realtors while a senior in High School. Although he wanted to continue in his father's footsteps as a Real Estate Developer, Garry went on to study Architecture at Boston Architectural College and worked for Graham Gund, a prominent Architect and Real Estate Developer in Boston. Garry then went on to study Business Administration at Northeastern University and then relocated back to California in 1989 where he was a purchasing manager at corporate headquarters for a large bond underwriting company.
